Description

The pump absorbs 70% of the water that circulates from the skimmers and 30% from the main drain. It pumps the water to the filter which then filters the water and returns it to the swimming pool through the water inlets, which are always placed across the skimmers in order to push leaves, insects and dust towards the skimmers.

OPERATION DESCRIPTION OF A SWIMMING POOL WITH SKIMMERS

This system is comprised of two distinct structures:

  • The swimming pool
  • The pump room

Method of water recirculation:

The water enters from the skimmers and the main drain and passes through the sand filter, the salt chlorinator and the PH regulator. It then returns to the swimming pool through the water inlets.

The pump room comprises of:

  • Circulation pump
  • Sand filter
  • IDEGIS salt chlorinator and PH regulator
  • Electric board

The water enters through the skimmers, whose valve must be open, and from the main drain line, whose valve must be open by 1/4th. Next, through the circulation pump the water passes through the sand filter where it is filtered. The water is now clean and returns to the swimming pool through the water inlets.
