• Gel and Color Coating: The gel coating is the top protective layer of the pool, extremely resistant to ultraviolet radiation and mechanical stress. Maintains color quality even after many years
• Closed Beam Technology: The closed bar, which is wrapped around the entire perimeter of the pool, ensures high strength and durability while maintaining the necessary flexibility. This is very important when transporting and installing the pool. The indoor pool retains its shape perfectly.
• Vinylester base: The first waterproof barrier made of Vinylester resin is applied over the gel coating and prevents the osmosis process.
• Reinforcement with BALSA wood: Part of the outer layer, before the external coating, is the reinforcement with Balsa wood. B & wood is very light and is used, for example, to build an aircraft model. Thanks to its sufficient thickness and its strategic position along the walls of the pool, the structure and strength of the frame is strengthened.
• Fiberglass reinforced vinyl ester: The second waterproof barrier provides maximum flexibility and durability to the pool. This layer is reinforced with fiberglass.
• Fiberglass boards : The boards are made of fiberglass and glued with strong binder. They can easily bend and strengthen the areas of the pool that need special attention - namely the folds and the stairs.
• Ceramic layer: The third and main waterproof dam was developed in Australia and the USA. The ceramic coating was originally designed for NASA projects, where all materials are tested for density and durability under extreme stress conditions. Compass pools can therefore guarantee 100% protection against osmosis.
• Polyester mattress: The polyester mattress, which is applied over the ceramic mattress, is the main component of the whole composite pool. After hardening of this layer, the pool acquires very good mechanical characteristics.
• Carbon Fiber Plates: Carbon is light and very strong. Use this material in areas of the pool that need special attention for reinforcement and durability.
