2. OUR DESIGN DEPARTMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROJECT STUDY. Our specialized design department, whose staff has long experience in structural engineering, will guide you, advise you and help you prepare the reports required by Preformati Italia® to start the construction process.
3.FROM PROJECT TO PRECISION CUTTING. Once the final designs are approved, the CNC machines are set up for cutting or, more precisely, initial "machining" of the EPS blocks.
4.THE HUMAN FACTOR. The human factor is the focus and the reason why our products impress. Our craftsmen work piece by piece to transform every small detail into a unique masterpiece through quality and precision.
5. SYSTEM INSTALLATION. This phase involves the construction and leveling of the systems on the structure. This approach offers many benefits, such as shorter installation time and, therefore, lower installation costs, while facilitating on-site assembly.
6. LEVELING. Glass fibers and a special cement-based mixture are used during the manual leveling process to give our products a very long lifespan.
7.QUALITY CONTROL. Before receiving the Preformati Italia® quality label, each product is carefully checked by our specialized technicians. In the case of bathtubs or one-piece swimming pools, the structures are filled with water and monitored for more than 48 hours.
8. ASSEMBLY AND WATERPROOFING. The assembly of our modular structures is quick and simple. Handling on site, sometimes as high as the fifth floor or above, is facilitated by the type of lightweight material we use.
